An undispellable gloom seems to have settled itself over the country. The nation woke up overnight to find itself shrouded a by very thick layer to haze. Thanks to the forest fires, the latest PSI index is 150. Yes, unhealthy levels certainly. Surprisingly, the moon is beautiful tonight, full moon with a copper colour. Almost like a lunar eclipse. Well, well, at least the moon is bright red today. Could be a real lunar eclipse or could be the result of the the haze.
The haze looks gloomy to me. This morning while I was outside, I noticed that the sunlight filtering through the shrouded skies, was diffused. Hence, every object on the ground appeared not to have a shadow. Most unsettling. It gives the place a very unatural feel. Not just that, it looked like the entire place was being shrouded by the fog of war.
The consequence of this haze is that Games Day on Monday might possibly be called off.
